Long movies (> 5 min)

We occasionally convert longer (10, 30, 60) minute-movies to DCP.

The technical details for such material are:

• delivered as a .MOV
• VIDEO:
  • H264 compression (between 5 and 20 Mbps)
  • frame rate = 24, not 25, not 23.98
  • accepted dimensions:
  • 1920×1080 (flat)
  • 2048×1080 (flat)
  • 2048×858 (scope)
• AUDIO:
  • separate WAV file with stereo or 5.1 audio
  • encoding: PCM 24-bit, 48KHz
• total file size should be smaller than 5 GB
• send via: Wetransfer, Dropbox, USB-stick
