Export from Adobe Premiere

The export settings should be:

• Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (HD) [or 2048 x 1080 (2K)/1998 x 1080 (flat)]
• No anamorphic (pixel aspect ratio should be ‘square’)

• No pillar-boxing (black strips left and right)

• Letterboxing (black strips above and below): only for ‘scope’ movies in a 2K container
  • 2048 x 858 image in a 2048 x 1080 container
• framerate: we accept
  • 24 / 23.98 fps (film/cinema)
  • 25 fps (video)
