This refers to the obligation to include disclaimer texts for the content of certain advertisements.

Convenant Alcohol

In alle reclame voor alcoholhoudende dranken moet de educatieve slogan

  • « Ons vakmanschap drink je met verstand »
  • « Bier met liefde gebrouwen, drink je met verstand »
  • « Notre savoir-faire se déguste avec sagesse »
  • « Une bière brassée avec savoir se déguste avec sagesse »

vermeld worden in de reclame-uitingen die verschijnen in kranten, televisie (...) en bioscoop.

Advertisements for alcohol-based products and/or the portrayal of alcohol consumption are also subject to audience restriction: it will not be shown before family movies or movies that are expected to include a too high % of very young moviegoers.
